By entering Frillinois Market, you agree to adhere to the following code of conduct. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.

  1. Conduct and Behavior
    • Respect and Courtesy: All attendees, vendors, and staff are expected to behave respectfully and courteously toward others. Discrimination or harassment of any kind—including but not limited to race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, age, national origin, or appearance—is strictly prohibited. This includes unwanted attention, inappropriate comments, and stalking.
    • Disruptive Behavior: Actions that disrupt the event or disturb others, such as excessive noise, blocking walkways, or inappropriate language and gestures, are not allowed. All participants should contribute to a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.
  2. Dress Code: While J-fashion attire is encouraged, it is not required. However, all attendees must dress in a manner that is family-friendly and suitable for a community event. Apparel that is designed to provoke, offend, or is adult-oriented in nature is strictly prohibited. Please note that this is a J-fashion event, not a cosplay event; cosplay is discouraged to accordance with the theme of the event.
  3. .Photography, Videography, and Media:
    • Privacy: Photography and videography of attendees, vendors, or their displays are permitted only with explicit consent. Always ask for permission before capturing photos or recording videos of individuals or groups.
    • Vendor Policies: Before photographing or filming vendor products, please consult with the respective vendors, as they may have specific policies regarding media.

  4. Property Guidelines:
    • Venue and Vendor Property: Treat all property belonging to the venue, vendors, and other attendees with care and respect. Any damage to property or goods may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
    • Theft and Vandalism: Theft, vandalism, or intentional damage to property will result in immediate removal from the event.
  5. Substance Use: Smoking:
    • Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices, is not permitted within the event premises.
    • Alcohol and Illegal Substances: The consumption or possession of alcohol and illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Individuals appearing intoxicated or under the influence of substances will be removed from the event.

  7. Prohibited Items: Restricted Items: For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are not allowed at the event:
    • Weapons of any kind (including firearms, knives, and similar items)
    • Confetti or glitter
    • Loud noise-making devices (such as boomboxes or portable speakers)
    • Projectiles or any item intended to be thrown or launched
    • Large objects that may obstruct movement or view
    • Any items that could pose a safety risk or cause damage to the venue
  8. Personal Belongings: Frillinois Market is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Attendees are encouraged to keep their personal belongings secure at all times.

Please note that these policies may be updated or amended prior to the event. As this is a private event, Frillinois reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals at any time during the event.
